By accessing or using Lensy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. AI Enhancement Limitations
Lensy utilizes advanced artificial intelligence. While we strive for professional results, AI processing is probabilistic. We do not guarantee perfect results for every image, and service availability is provided 'as-is'.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you upload to Lensy. We claim no ownership over your user-generated content. However, Lensy retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, AI models, and software.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Lensy to process illegal, non-consensual, or highly sensitive explicit material. Violation of this will result in immediate account termination.
