2. Response Expectations
We aim to respond to all Pro subscriber inquiries within 24 hours, and Free user inquiries within 48-72 hours.
3. Technical Support
If you encounter bugs with the AI processing or mobile app crashes, please use the 'Report Problem' feature in the dashboard.
4. Abuse Reporting
To report abuse, copyright infringement, or violations of our Terms of Service, email legal@lensy.ai.
