1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with the AI enhancement quality and have used fewer than 10 enhancements.
2. Failed & Duplicate Payments
If a technical error results in a duplicate charge, we will automatically refund the duplicate amount. Failed payments will result in temporary suspension of Pro features.
3. Technical Issues
If the Lensy service is globally unavailable for more than 48 hours, active subscribers may request a prorated credit.
4. How to Request
Contact billing@lensy.ai with your account email and transaction ID to request a refund. Processing takes 3-5 business days.
